Thanks so much for shopping my little shop. Here is how I get your order from cart to your couch.
Free shipping

Continental U.S. retail orders $99+ ship free.

Orders under $99 ship based on weight and shipping address.
Processing time

Most in-stock orders are packed in 2 to 3 business days.

If you choose expedited shipping after 12 pm Friday, your order will ship Monday.

I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.
Carriers and tracking

I ship with USPS or UPS Ground.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
- At times, an order is marked as delivered by USPS and UPS prior to it actually arriving at your doorstep. Typically, packages will arrive within 48 hours.
Transit times

Most U.S. orders arrive about 5 business days after shipment.

Weather and carrier hiccups can happen. While we do all that will can to ensure your order's timely delivery, Quarter Moon Bazaar cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions

Items in the same order may ship separately. If anything is backordered, I will email you.

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided in the product listing. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they become available. All items in an order containing a pre-order will ship once the pre-order is ready.
International shipping

Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

In-stock items ship in 3 to 5 business days and typically arrive in 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on shipping destination.

All international sales are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Quarter Moon Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly (usually USPS). Provide them with your tracking number and details to initiate an inquiry. If you require assistance or have additional concerns, please contact me at dawn@quartermoonbazaar.com, and I’ll do my best to help.
