Return and Exchange Policy
I want you to love what lands on your sofa. If it is not a match and the item is eligible, I can help with a return.
Eligibility for refunds on regular-price items

Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for return shipping.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

I cannot refund items that arrive damaged, including damage during the return trip. Please pack with care.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7-10 for us to process your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Store credit for sale or discount-code purchases

Items bought on sale or with a discount code may be returned for store credit if postmarked back within 14 days of delivery.

Same condition rules apply: unused and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card.

All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. I cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will not be shipped back to the customer, and you will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
